The DuraLabel PRO 300 labelers makes labels from 1/2" to 4" wide on a variety of labeling materials.

Knowing what supplies are available for a specific labeling machine is important. If you are to purchase the right machine, that can do the jobs you need to get done, you have to know it has the proper supplies available.

The DuraLabel PRO 300 has a huge variety of supplies. From industrial grade vinyl to specialty material such as chemical resistant supply and ribbons; low temperature supply; reflective supply and photo luminescent labels.

But what good are supplies if the label printer does not allow you
to design and print the labels and signs you need?

Having outstanding software is the other half of the equation -- and the DuraLabel PRO 300 includes software, templates and a symbols library that make printing both standard and custom labels fast and easy.

Use Microsoft Word: For most labeling you can use software you are already familiar with, such as Microsoft Word, to design and print your labels. The DuraLabel PRO 300 includes everything you need, including over 360 Microsoft Word templates. In addition, a library of over 330 pictograms and symbols, you can use on your labels, is included free.

Database Software: For labeling applications in which a database would be useful, such as RTK labels and arc flash warning labels, the DuraLabel Pro has database / label printing software designed specifically for the DuraLabel PRO 300.

RTK Labels: The RTK software comes with a database of over 1,700 chemicals. You can add additional chemicals and modify the information for those already in the database. RTK labels can be printed using a variety of different size die-cut NFPA diamond labels, or using a color bar label.

Arc Flash Warning Labels: The Arc Flash software comes with an empty database you can use to store your arc flash labels as you set them up. Storing labels in a database ensures they will have the correct information the next that label is printed, and it allows you to track the specific arc flash information for each location a label is used.

Software Control Panel: The DuraLabel PRO 300 even comes with a Software Control Panel that provides easy access to the software and Microsoft Word templates. Predefine buttons provide direct access to each software program. Plus you can add up to six custom buttons, each of which directly loads a specific Word template. Once it is set up, a user does not even need to know how to find the templates or load Word. They just click on a button, Word will automatically load and the template they wanted appears.

Free Software Updates: All of this is included as a part of the DuraLabel PRO 300 package. Plus, we provide free updates to the DuraLabel PRO 300 software. Updates can be accessed through the "Help Menu" in the software. Free updates not only include improvements to the software you already have, they also include any new software released for the DuraLabel PRO 300. Your software will never be out-of-date and you'll always have all the software available for the DuraLabel PRO 300 printer--just download and install the updates as they are released. (Updates require that the software on the DuraLabel PRO 300 CD already be installed before the update is installed.)
